About Ron Romano

Ron brings more than 35 years of real estate expertise, leadership, and vision to The Beach Group. Originally from New Orleans and raised in Denver, he graduates from the University of Colorado before beginning a career defined by integrity, insight, and exceptional service. While in college, he steps into property management and serves as receiver for residential and commercial properties with Coast Savings of California. After graduating, he partners with a team of Wall Street investors, helping acquire, develop, and manage properties across three states, all while owning and operating Professional Property Services, his full-service property management and brokerage firm.

Throughout his career, Ron is involved in more than $1,000,000,000 in real estate transactions. Drawn to the Emerald Coast’s potential, he begins investing locally in 2000, and by 2003 he makes it his full-time home. Together with his long-time friend Andy Wiggins, he establishes The Beach Group, built on a shared commitment to delivering unmatched professionalism, representation, and market insight.

Ron and Andy also develop a wide range of commercial projects—warehouse, office, and retail—as well as numerous award-winning residential communities along the Emerald Coast. Their work continues to provide clients with extraordinary value and deep knowledge of every facet of the local real estate landscape.

Ron lives with a spirit of adventure and appreciation for life on the coast. He loves the beach, surfing, snow skiing, scuba diving, and traveling. He also gives generously to causes close to his heart, including the “V” Foundation for Cancer Research and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
