About Matt & Julie Fancher

Matt and Julie Fancher are natives of Atlanta, GA, and began visiting the 30-A area in late 1999. After marrying in 2001 they became very familiar with South Walton through their numerous visits. They instantly fell in love with the small-town feel and always considered 30-A to be their “home away from home”. They have owned several businesses, which have included mortgage banking, mortgage credit, real estate development, real estate investment, property management, restaurant ownership, and disaster response.

 

After selling their disaster response company in 2017 they became full-time residents of south Walton and joined The Beach Group where they hope to help other beach lovers find their perfect beach property. Working as a team they offer superior customer service to their clients by being able to be in two places at once (literally) and apply their knowledge to benefit their clients’ interests.
