She fondly recalls her fascination with watching the ground break on new homes in her Burning Tree neighborhood and seeing the transformation from dirt into a beautiful new residence filled with the addition of new families, and new friendships.

 

Joy brings a personal creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to every facet of her life. By blending her love of the water with her understanding of hospitality and natural ability to connect with people, Joy has successfully run her own independent vacation home property management business for the past 10 years in the popular destination markets of Boca Grande, Florida, 30A, and Lake Martin. Her successes in the 2nd Home Management Industry naturally led her to obtain her Real Estate Sales license in both Florida and Alabama.

 

Not only is Joy a successful businesswoman, but is also a successful mother of two very adventurous and independent adult children that she raised in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. When she's not working with clients helping them buy, sell, market, or manage their real estate, Joy can be found, golfing, boating, entertaining, decorating, and traveling!
