About Cheryl Bates

As the offices’ Broker Assistant and Transaction Coordinator, Cheryl provides our real estate professionals with the service they need to get from contract to closing seamlessly. Cheryl appreciates the demanding schedules of our Real Estate Agents. Cheryl assists our Real Estate Agents so they may concentrate on selling the next property.

 

Prior to joining The Beach Group, Cheryl was the transaction coordinator for Porath and Associates, a real estate law firm, located in Destin. There she was an integral part of their closing team. Her knowledge of the closing process will be a great asset to the agents here at The Beach Group. Prior to moving to Florida, she managed a branch office for the FirstMerit Corporation a regional bank headquartered in Akron, Ohio. While managing the office, Cheryl educated and advised her clients on their financial situations ranging from mortgage, personal, and business lending to wealth management and investment services. Cheryl currently resides in Santa Rosa Beach with her husband Adam and her two sons Tanner and Sawyer. She enjoys spending time at Grayton Beach, running, and watching her boys grow up.
