Earning a master's degree in historic preservation from Boston University led Becki naturally to restoring antique homes in the Finger Lakes region of NY for the next 20 years. First licensed as an agent in 1990, and then as an associate broker in NY, she worked with Amish craftsmen to recreate period homes respectfully. A long-time landlord and serial restorer, she loves the challenge of working with buyers to find a niche that suits them.
Being able to visualize homes and landscapes with some changes is a wonderful skill, and combining that with a unique way to analyze and compare your property choices allows you to then use data to inform how you spend your hard-earned dollars. Living and working in this beautiful area is a gift not many get to enjoy. You may see Becki biking, walking on the beach, or kayaking the waters of western 30A.
